The use outside of enclosed buildings of any
kind of trap except live cage traps, commonly known as "have-a-heart-type"
traps, within the incorporated limits of the City of Cohoes, is hereby
prohibited.
[Amended 12-10-1996 by L.L. No. 4-1996]
Violation of the provisions of this article
shall subject the offender to a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment
for 15 days, or both, per offense.
