The possession of a glass bottle, container or other glass receptacle
on or in any public park belonging to the City of Cohoes within the City of
Cohoes shall constitute an offense.
[Amended 12-10-1996 by L.L. No. 4-1996]
Unless otherwise provided, any person or person violating any provisions
of this article shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250.
