All motor vehicles, including motorcycles, motorbikes and snowmobiles
and other motorized vehicles, except for authorized emergency vehicles and
park maintenance vehicles, are hereby excluded, banned and prohibited from
each and every park within the City of Cohoes.

Any person or person violating any of the provisions of this article
shall be subject to a fine of not more than $250 or imprisonment for not more
than 15 days, or both.
