The Common Council hereby enacts the provisions
of Real Property Tax Law § 925-d authorizing the extension,
to 90 days after the end of deployment, of City and county real property
tax collections or the imposition of penalties or interest for late
payment for members of the Reserves and National Guard deployed for
active duty, other than training, and their spouses and domestic partners.
