It shall be unlawful for anyone to smoke, vape or have in his/her
possession a lighted cigarette (including electronic cigarettes),
cigar, pipe or smoking paraphernalia while in a public elevator in
the City of Camden.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the
meanings indicated:
Any elevator owned, leased or operated in the City of Camden.
Anyone who is found guilty of violating § 314-1 before a court of competent jurisdiction shall be punished by a fine of not more than $25 for each offense.
