[HISTORY: Adopted by the Township Committee (now Mayor and Council)

Pursuant to the provisions of the Local Housing Authorities Law, as
amended, of the State of New Jersey, a body corporate and politic to be known
as the "Housing Authority of the Township of North Brunswick" is hereby created
and established.
The Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file a certified copy
of this chapter with the Commissioner of the State Department of Community
Affairs.
