The position of consultant is hereby established
for the purposes of site plan review for traffic and parking to assist
the Planning Board and other Boards, if necessary, in reviewing site
plans for commercial applications.
The applicant shall post the required fees with
the Borough of Paramus to be held in escrow to defray the cost and
expense of said consultant, said fee to be posted at the time of filing
its application.
