A.Â
The Chief, Captain, Lieutenants, and active past Chiefs shall constitute
a Board of Officers, which shall meet monthly, or more frequently,
for the transaction of all business of the Rescue Squad.
B.Â
The Board shall have control over the management of the Rescue Squad,
subject, however, at all times to the approval and supervision of
the Mayor and Council.

The Board of Rescue Officers is hereby authorized, and required
from time to time, to adopt a code of rules and regulations for the
control and management of the Squad and for the regulation of the
proceedings and business of said Board. The rules and regulations,
after adoption by the Board, shall not become effective and operative
until presented to and approved by the Mayor and Council.
