GENERAL REFERENCES
Police Department — See Ch. 103.
It shall be required that any person under consideration
for security work at any of the schools located within the Borough
of Paramus should first report to the Paramus Police Department to
undergo a security background check before being employed within the
Borough of Paramus.
The Paramus Police Department shall have the
authority to conduct a security background examination of any potential
security employee for any of the schools located within the Borough
of Paramus and shall make the results of this examination available
to the appropriate employing agency.
