Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties provided by § 1-15 of this Code.
In addition to the penalties provided in § 157-17, the license issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended or revoked for violation of any provision of this chapter or for violation of any provision of Chapter 1 of Title 33 of the New Jersey Revised Statutes or of any of the rules and regulations promulgated by the Director of the Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
