A.
No person shall litter or cause or permit to be littered
with refuse, debris, scrap paper, waste materials or discarded materials
of any kind any of the public parks, playgrounds or walkways of the
Borough of Paramus.
B.
It shall be unlawful for anyone to bring into any
of the Borough parks, playgrounds or walkways any glass container.
A.
No person shall discharge refuse, litter or waste
material of any kind from any motor vehicle while using said vehicle
on or off the roadways within the Borough of Paramus.
B.
The owner of said motor vehicle, whether or not occupying
said vehicle, shall be the responsible party for the violation of
any of the provisions of this section of this article.

Any person who shall be found guilty of any provision of this article shall, upon conviction, be subject to the penalties provided by § 1-15 of this Code.
