A.
No building or structure or part thereof and no land shall hereafter
be used except in conformity with this Chapter unless the use is a
lawful prior nonconforming use. Building permits and certificates
of occupancy are required as specified elsewhere in this Chapter.
B.
No building or structure shall be hereafter erected, structurally
altered, enlarged, rebuilt, moved or created except in conformity
with the requirements of this Chapter.
No person shall erect, enlarge, structurally alter or change the use of any building, structure or land to a use other than a one-family or two-family residential use expressly permitted by this Chapter unless and until site plan approval is obtained from the Land Use Board in accordance with Chapter 371, Site Plan Review, of the Code of the Borough of Paramus.
A.
No person shall erect any structure or use any structure or building
or land contrary to the terms and conditions of any variance granted
by the Zoning Board of Adjustment or Planning Board.
B.
No unlawful structure or unlawful use of a structure, lot or land
existing at the effective date of this Chapter shall be deemed to
be a nonconforming structure or nonconforming use, nor shall the same
be deemed to be a conforming structure or use.
