It shall be considered a nuisance for any person
engaged in manufacturing, delivery, sale or otherwise handling ice
commercially in the Borough to handle ice which is not clean and which
shall have been manufactured from an unapproved water supply. All
vehicles used in delivering ice shall be kept clean and shall not
be used for any other purpose whereby the ice may become contaminated
in any manner.
