The Board of Trustees of the free public library, as heretofore constituted
and empowered pursuant to law, is continued.
Said Library Board of Trustees shall consist of nine (9) members, whose
appointment and qualifications shall be governed pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:54-9
and any amendment thereto.
