The Town Code of the Town of Brookhaven is repealed in its entirety
and is replaced by a new Code of the Town of Brookhaven as follows.
Should any section, subsection, paragraph, sentence or phrase of this
Town Code be declared unconstitutional or invalid for any reason, such decision
shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Town Code.
This local law shall become effective on January 1, 1988.
