Editor's Note: This article also repealed former Ch. 5, Board
of Assessors, adopted 2-10-1958 by STM Art. 2 as Art. 7 of the 1958 Ordinances,
as amended.
The Town revokes the determination to have three elected assessors and
votes to have a single appointed Assessor, whose term may not exceed one year,
commencing with the appointment of the single Assessor after the 2005 Annual
Town Meeting.
