It is hereby prohibited to drink, dispense or
use any intoxicating liquor on any sidewalk, street, avenue, highway,
public parking lot or public or quasi-public place, public conveyance
or in any motor vehicle not on private property, within the City of
Pleasantville, Atlantic County, New Jersey, at any time.

Any person violating or failing to comply with
any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof,
be subject to a fine not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, imprisonment
for a term not exceeding 90 days and/or a period of community service
not exceeding 90 days. Each day such violation is committed or permitted
to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable
as such.
