A.
If the City is forced to remove any material as defined in § 247-1 of this chapter, a lien shall be placed on said property for the cost of the removal.
B.
Any person, firm or corporation that violates or neglects
to comply with any provisions of this chapter or any regulation promulgated
pursuant thereto shall, upon conviction thereof, be punishable by
a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1,000, imprisonment for
a term not exceeding 90 days and/or a period of community service
not exceeding 90 days. Each day such violation is committed or permitted
to continue shall constitute a separate offense and be punishable
as such.
