Taxation — See Ch. 122.
The power to authorize the issuance and sale of tax anticipation notes
of the Town of Clarkson, Monroe County, New York, including renewals thereof,
in anticipation of the collection of real estate taxes or assessments to be
received from year to year by the Town is hereby delegated to the Town Supervisor,
its chief fiscal officer. Such notes shall be for such terms and of such form
and contents as may be determined by said Supervisor in accordance with the
Local Finance Law.
It is hereby determined that any notes which may be issued by the Town
pursuant to this chapter in anticipation of the collection of real estate
taxes or assessments to be received by the Town from any given fiscal year
shall be issued in accordance with § 24.00 of the Local Finance
Law of the State of New York.
It is hereby declared that it is the intent of this Town Board that
this chapter remain in full force and effect in perpetuity for the issuance
of the aforesaid notes from year to year, until this chapter is modified,
amended, rescinded, revoked or repealed by this Town Board.
