[Adopted 4-17-1984 (Appendix B,
Part VII, of the 1966 Code)]
The Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village
of Northport herewith repeals its prior resolution adopted on March
2, 1965, effective June 1, 1965, which resolution adopted the then-existent
State Building Construction Code.
[Amended 12-4-1984]
Effective on the date of adoption of this article,
the Board of Trustees herewith accepts, adopts and promulgates the
New York State Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code and declares
the same to be applicable immediately in the Village of Northport.
