Traffic control signals shall be installed, maintained
and operated at the intersections and locations described in Schedule
I, which schedule is appended and attached to and made part of this
chapter.[1]

Traffic facing a steady red signal may cautiously enter the intersection, except those intersections and/or locations specified and described in § 282-72, Schedule XXIV, which schedule is appended and attached to and made part of this chapter, to make a right turn after stopping as required in Subsection A of this section. Such traffic shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians within a marked crosswalk or unmarked crosswalk and to other traffic lawfully using the intersection.
The streets or parts of streets described in
Schedule II, which schedule is appended and attached to and made a
part of this chapter, are hereby designated as one-way streets, and
vehicles shall proceed only in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated
(left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule III,
which schedule is appended and attached to and made a part of this
chapter.
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in
the opposite direction (otherwise known as "U-turn") is hereby prohibited
on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV,
which schedule is appended and attached to and made a part of this
chapter.
The intersections described in Schedule V, which
schedule is appended and attached to and made a part of this chapter,
are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall
be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule VI,
which schedule is appended and attached to and made a part of this
chapter, are hereby designated as yield intersections, and yield signs
shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections or locations described in
Schedule VII, which schedule is appended and attached to and made
a part of this chapter, are hereby designated as "Full Stop - School
Crossing" intersections between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.,
and all vehicles shall stop as indicated when signs bearing such designation
have been placed at such intersections or locations. Any vehicle stopping
as indicated by such signs shall not proceed until all persons standing
at the side of the roadway have crossed.

The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed
on or along any street within the Village is hereby established at
30 miles per hour, except as follows:

The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on
or along those streets or parts of streets described in Schedule VIII
shall be as indicated in said schedule.
B.Â
School speed limit. The maximum speed at which vehicles
may proceed on or along any streets or parts of streets which are
designated in Schedule XXIII as school speed limit areas shall be
20 miles per hour during school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m.
and 6:00 p.m. At other times, the maximum speed at which vehicles
may proceed in those areas so designated shall be 30 miles per hour.
