A. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to park upon a street any unregistered vehicle displayed for sale.
B. 
It shall be unlawful for any person to stop, stand or park in any street any vehicle for the primary purpose of displaying advertising.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use or operate coasters, roller skates or similar devices in any designated place where the same is prohibited.
No traction engine, ditch digger, harrow, plow, bulldozer or other similar instrument or vehicle or any instrument or vehicle which by reason of its shape or weight is liable to damage the surface of the street shall be drawn or propelled over or along any street or public place in the Village of Northport.
A. 
The system of pavement markings duly adopted for state highways is hereby adopted by the Village for its roads and streets, which shall be so marked with the same meaning, force and effect as provided for said markings upon state highways.
B. 
Violation of this section shall be subject to the same penalties as provided for violations of such markings upon state highways.

A. 
Pursuant to § 1640-a of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, the regulations set forth in Schedule XX hereof are herewith promulgated for the indicated private property. A violation of the foregoing shall be enforced as set forth in Article VIII of this chapter.
B. 
Storage of automobiles and other vehicles. No more than one automobile, automobile trailer or mobile home (further subject to requirements of Chapter 274 of this Code) or other vehicle required to be licensed pursuant to the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York for the use thereof upon the public highways in the State of New York shall be kept, stored or remain on any property in any residentially zoned district within this Village when there is not securely attached and affixed to such automobile, automobile trailer or other vehicle a license issued by the Commissioner of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles of the State of New York, for the use and operation thereof for the then-current year. In no event shall any such motor vehicle, automobile, automobile trailer or other vehicle remain upon any property within any residentially zoned district within this Village when such motor vehicle, automobile, automobile trailer or other vehicle has been so dismantled or the parts removed therefrom so that such motor vehicle, automobile, automobile trailer or other vehicle may be incapable of operation or use for a period of three continuous days.
