Maximum two-hour parking for those parking spaces from its most southwesterly corner to a point 105 feet east therefrom.
(3)

Maximum one-hour parking 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. for the first nine parking spaces south of Main Street, and such spaces shall be limited to Village business only during these hours.
(2) 
In accordance with provisions of § 1203-a of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, a special handicapped permit is required for the use of the first parking space directly south of Main Street.
(3) 
The next two parking spaces shall be reserved for Northport Village employees only and shall have no time limitations.

(4) 
The parking spaces behind Village Hall shall be reserved for Northport Village employees, with the four parking spaces on the northeasterly side of the parking lot reserved for the Village Clerk, Village Treasurer, Code Compliance Director and Village Administrator.

(5) 
The first seven parking spaces on the northwesterly side of the parking lot shall be reserved for police vehicles only, with the seventh parking space reserved for the Chief of Police.

No parking on Sunday 5:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (Note: This restriction is not applicable to members of the Trinity Episcopal Church of Northport, as per an agreement entered into between the Incorporated Village of Northport and the Trinity Episcopal Church dated February 19, 1998.)
(3) 
In accordance with provisions of § 1203-a of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, a special handicapped permit is required for the use of the most southeasterly parking space in the parking lot.
(4) 
No parking 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m., Monday to Saturday.
(5) 
No person shall park any vehicle across any line or marking designating a parking space or shall park said vehicle in any way that the same shall not be wholly within a parking space as designated by said lines or markings.
(6) 
No person shall park a vehicle in any area not designated as a parking space.
(7) 
No person shall park a vehicle in any parking space without inserting in the parking meter situated at said parking space a coin or coins as provided for in § 282-37.
(8) 
No person shall park any vehicle within a designated parking space with the back portion of the vehicle facing a parking meter.

C. 
The Village may issue an annual resident permit granting the exclusive use of an individual parking space in Municipal Parking Lot 9 to a permittee upon the filing by the permittee of an appropriate application and payment of an annual fee to be determined by the Village Board of Trustees, not to exceed $500. In no event shall more than six permits, each for an individual parking space, be granted annually, and each such permit shall be granted for a period not to exceed one calendar year. Upon the issuance of any such annual permit, the permittee shall also be obligated to comply with all of the provisions of § 282-81B hereinabove.

In addition to all applicable New York State Vehicle and Traffic laws, the following traffic and parking regulations are hereby established for this municipal parking lot:
(1) 
No person shall park any vehicle for more than 12 consecutive hours without the permission of the Church.
(2) 
The parking of any vehicle between the hours of 4:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. is prohibited unless the Church has given permission.
(3) 
No person shall operate a vehicle in excess of five miles per hour.
(4) 
No person shall park any vehicle on the easterly side of the Church or on the easterly half of the southerly side of the Church without the permission of the Church.
(5) 
No person shall park in said parking lot on any date that the Church has restricted said parking by the prominent posting of said restriction. Posting must be made prior to 6:00 a.m. on the date the restriction is applicable.
(6) 
No person shall park any vehicle across any line or marking designating a parking space or shall park said vehicle in any way that the same shall not be wholly within a parking space as designated by said lines or markings.
(7) 
No person shall park a vehicle in any area not designated as a parking space.
(8) 
No person shall park any vehicle in any parking place in violation of any posted regulation or restriction.

(2) 
In accordance with provisions of § 1203-a of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, a special handicapped permit is required for the use of the six parking spaces south of the raised cement island at the north end of Mike Cummings Way.
(3) 
No person shall operate a vehicle in excess of five miles per hour.
(4) 
No person shall park any vehicle across any line or marking designating a parking space or shall park said vehicle in any way that the same shall not be wholly within a parking space as designated by said lines or markings.
(5) 
No person shall park a vehicle in any area not designated as a parking space.
(6) 
No person shall park in the municipal lot on its westernmost side from its intersection with Mike Cummings Way south to the lot's southwest corner.
(7) 
No person shall park in the municipal lot on its southernmost side from its intersection with Mike Cummings Way west to the lot's southwest corner.

(2) 
All other parking is restricted to on-duty fire fighters only.
(3) 
No person shall park any vehicle across any line or marking designating a parking space nor shall park said vehicle in any way that the same shall not be wholly within a parking space as designated by said lines or markings.
(4) 
No person shall park a vehicle in any area not designated as a parking space.
(5) 
In accordance with provisions of § 1203-a of the Vehicle and Traffic Law of the State of New York, a special handicapped permit is required for the use of the first parking space west of the firehouse and nearest to Main Street.
