Editor's Note: Former Art. XVII, Swimming
Pool Fences, as amended 6-2-1986 by L.L. No. 3-1986, was repealed
8-31-1992 by Ord. No. 92-41, which ordinance provided that the County
Health Department has exclusive responsibility for all public and
commercial pools.
