Notwithstanding any other provision of this
chapter to the contrary, the following will apply along County Road
39 from its merge with Sunrise Highway (SR 27) to North Sea Road,
between such hours as designated by the Commissioner of Public Works
of the County of Suffolk, and if and as long as the Commissioner of
Public Works of the County of Suffolk temporarily establishes a second
eastbound lane, but in any event no later than December 31, 2008:
A.Â
No left turn or U-turn shall be permitted from County
Road 39 onto any intersecting road or private property, except as
may be authorized by the Commissioner of Public Works of the County
of Suffolk.
B.Â
No left turn or U-turn shall be permitted from any
intersecting road or private property onto County Road 39, except
for Tuckahoe Road and Magee Street, and except as may be authorized
by the Commissioner of Public Works of the County of Suffolk.
C.Â
The speed limit on County Road 39 shall be 30 miles
per hour.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter to the
contrary, the following regulations may apply at the intersection
of County Road 39 and Tuckahoe Road between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.,
beginning on Tuesday April 19, 2016, and ending Thursday April 21,
2016.
A.Â
No left turn from Tuckahoe Road onto County Road 39 when traveling
in either a north or southbound direction.
B.Â
No left turn (southbound) from westbound County Road 39 onto Tuckahoe
Road.
C.Â
No through movement (straight) crossing County Road 39 from either
the northern or southern portion of Tuckahoe Road.

Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter to the
contrary, the following regulations may apply at the intersection
of County Road 39 and Tuckahoe Road between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.,
Monday through Friday, beginning on or about Monday June 18, 2018,
d ending on Friday, June 29, 2018:
A.Â
No
left turn from Tuckahoe Road onto County Road 39 when traveling in
either a north or southbound direction.
B.Â
No
left turn from either a west or eastbound direction from County Road
39 onto Tuckahoe Road.
C.Â
No
through movement (straight) crossing County Road 39 from either the
northern or southern portion of Tuckahoe Road.

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 312-6.1A(2) to the contrary, beginning on July 14, 2022, and ending on July 29, 2022, eastbound access on Shrubland Road from County Road 39 shall be permitted between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
