County Code; amended in its entirety 12-9-1992. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
The provisions of § 18.2-415 of the
Code of Virginia are hereby adopted and shall be applicable in the
County of Frederick.
Any person violating the provisions of this
chapter shall be punished by a maximum fine of $2,500 or by imprisonment
for not more than 12 months, or both such fine and imprisonment.
