No tree, shrub, bush or vine shall be set out, transplanted or placed
at Riverside Cemetery without the approval of the Old Saybrook Riverside Cemetery
Association.
Violations of the provisions of this chapter shall be punishable by
a fine of not to exceed $100. Each day such violation continues shall constitute
a separate offense.
