Whenever any check issued for the payment of any fee or for any other
purpose shall be returned to the City as uncollectible, the City shall charge
the fee set forth in RSA 80:56 plus all protest and bank fees, in addition
to the amount of such check, to the person presenting such check, to cover
the cost of its collection.
