All residents of the Township of Colts Neck wishing to use public tennis courts within the Township of Colts Neck must first obtain a registration certificate which is to be issued by the office of the Director of Recreation.
A. 
The registration certificate shall be issued at a cost to be established by resolution of the Township Committee.
B. 
Such registration certificate shall not be transferable and shall run from a period commencing on April 15 of each year to expire on April 14 of the succeeding year and shall be renewable yearly.
A. 
A resident of the Township of Colts Neck, having been issued a valid registration certificate, may play singles tennis with a nonresident of the Township of Colts Neck.
B. 
Two residents of Colts Neck, each having been issued valid registration certificates, may play doubles tennis with two nonresidents of the Township of Colts Neck.
Except as herein specifically provided, nonresidents of the Township of Colts Neck may not play tennis on any public tennis courts located within the Township of Colts Neck at any time.
All residents of the Township of Colts Neck while utilizing the public tennis courts must have in their possession a duly issued and valid registration certificate. Such registration certificate shall be exhibited upon request of members of the Special Police Force of the Township of Colts Neck and/or the Auxiliary Police Force of the Township of Colts Neck.
The Township Committee of Colts Neck Township shall establish, by resolution, rules and regulations governing use of the tennis courts within the Township of Colts Neck and governing the conduct of those utilizing the tennis courts within the Township of Colts Neck pursuant to the within article.

Any person violating any provision of this article shall be punishable as provided in § 1-9 of this Code.
