The number of alcoholic beverage club licenses
issued and outstanding in the Township of Readington, County of Hunterdon,
State of New Jersey, at the same time shall not exceed five; provided,
however, that this limitation shall not prevent the issuance of renewals
of club licenses to clubs holding such licenses at the time this article
is adopted, and further provided that this limitation shall not prevent
the transfer of licenses according to law. No new club license shall
be issued to any club except in accordance with the provisions of
Title 33 of the Revised Statutes of the State of New Jersey.
