All business establishments selling alcoholic
beverages shall display fetal alcohol syndrome (FAS) warning signs.
Any person who violates the provisions of this
article shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not exceeding
$1,000, imprisonment for a term not exceeding 90 days and/or a period
of community service not exceeding 90 days.
