No business establishment, such as a laundromat or car wash, shall operate in the Township of Readington without an attendant on the premises during all hours of operation; provided, however, that this chapter shall not apply to telephone booths, vending machines and like installations.
Any person violating this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a fine not exceeding $1,000, imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days and/or a period of community service not exceeding 90 days.
