No. 13-96 states: "Whereas, the Housing Office incurs costs to meet COAH requirements when a resale of Affordable Housing units occurs; and whereas, the costs incurred include affirmatively marketing these affordable units and administrative time and efforts spent to insure that the prospective purchasers are qualified; and whereas, within the Affordable Housing Agreement it states that the owner shall be obligated to pay a reasonable service fee to the Authority at the time of closing and transfer of title in the amount set by the Authority...."
