The hunting with a firearm of any game bird or game animal on or within
one hundred (100) yards of any primary or secondary highway in the County
of Rappahannock, Virginia, is prohibited, and any violation hereof shall be
punishable as a Class II misdemeanor.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
Shall not include the necessary crossing of a highway for the purpose
of going into or leaving a lawful hunting area.
