Unless the context specifically indicates otherwise,
the meaning of terms used in this Part 2 shall be as follows:
The City of Northfield.
Any structure or portion thereof intended to be used wholly
or in part for the purpose of carrying on a trade, business or profession,
and includes as a separate unit each room or group of rooms having
separate access to the sewerage system, regardless of the number of
sewerage system service laterals serving such structure.

The duly appointed consulting engineer employed by the City.
Any structure or portion thereof intended to be used wholly
or in part for the manufacturing, fabricating, processing, cleaning,
laundering or assembly of any product, commodity or article, and includes
as a separate unit each room or group of rooms having separate access
to the sewerage system, regardless of the number of sewerage system
service laterals serving such structure.

Any person vested with title, either legal or equitable,
to any property or portion thereof.
Any individual, partnership, company, firm, association,
society, corporation or other group or entity.
Any church or other structure used for religious purposes,
any public or privately owned library, public school, municipal building
and any structure used solely by a governmental, civic or service
organization, fraternal benefit society, veterans organization or
other private, nonprofit organization.

Each single-family domestic dwelling, each dwelling unit
in a double or twin house or in a row of connected units, each apartment,
each mobile home or trailer, each hotel, motel or boardinghouse unit,
room or group of rooms intended for separate occupancy and every other
living unit intended for separate occupancy by a person or family.
The normal water-carried wastes from any building or structure,
including but not limited to residential units and commercial and
industrial units, together with such ground-, surface and stormwater
as may be present.
All facilities, as of any particular time, for collecting,
pumping, treating, transporting and disposing of sewage, which facilities
are owned or operated by the City.
Each residential unit, commercial unit, industrial unit and
religious nonprofit unit, even though more than one unit of the same
or a different type is located in a single building or structure.

The Superintendent of the Sewer Department or of water pollution
control of the City or other person who may from time to time be in
general charge of the sewerage system and his or their authorized
deputies, agents and representatives.
The public or private water company providing water service
to any property connected to the sewerage system.
