[HISTORY: Adopted by the Town Council of
the Town of Montville 2-10-1992 by Ord. No. O-S-3 (Part 13 of the 1991
Compilation); amended in its entirety 2-24-2022 by Ord. No. 2022-01. Subsequent amendments noted where applicable.]
There shall be five voting districts in the Town of Montville.
This chapter shall amend or repeal all previous ordinances of the
Town of Montville with regard to voting districts.
The voting districts shall be known as follows: First District,
Second District, Third District, Fourth District, and Fifth District.
These voting districts are shown on the Town Voting District Map of
February 16, 2022, which is hereby incorporated into this section
by reference and is available in the office of the Town Clerk and
the land use office.
This chapter shall become effective 30 days from the date of
its adoption.
