The Zoning Board of Appeals is established and its membership constituted as provided in § C-602 of the Charter.

There shall be five regular members and three alternate members of the Zoning Board of Appeals appointed by the Council for a staggered term of five years. The regular members shall be appointed one each year for a term of five years expiring on November 30 in a given year. The three alternate members shall be appointed one each year for a term of five years expiring on November 30 in a given year.
