A. 
No person shall park any motor vehicle, boat, trailer or conveyance of any kind on any Town-owned property in any place other than in designated areas.
B. 
No person shall park any vehicle described in Subsection A in front of the entrance of any fire or ambulance station.
C. 
No person shall park any vehicle described in Subsection A in any designated parking area owned by the Town which is in violation of a restriction as to the type of vehicle allowed in said area due to size, type or configuration.
D. 
No person shall park any vehicle described in Subsection A overnight on any Town-owned property. Overnight parking shall mean any period of time longer than 30 minutes between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
E. 
No person shall park any vehicle described in Subsection A on any Town-owned property so as to block or restrict snow removal, maintenance, repairs, emergency response or rubbish removal.
F. 
No person shall park any vehicle described in Subsection A in a marked loading or unloading zone except for the purpose of loading or unloading the vehicle.
G. 
No person shall park any vehicle described in Subsection A in a marked limited-time parking area over the posted time frame.
H. 
No person shall park any vehicle described in Subsection A in a marked no-parking zone.
I. 
No person shall park any vehicle described in Subsection A in a marked bus stop area.
No person shall park any vehicle as described in § 404-1A on private property without the property owner's permission. The complaint of the property owner or the authorized agent of the property of trespass shall be cause for the issuance of a parking violation under this article.
In addition to the parking fine charged for violation of this article, vehicles described in § 404-1A found to be in violation may be towed from the place of violation along with being stored at the expense of the owner of said vehicle.
Double parking is prohibited on Main Street.
