A.
It shall be a violation of this chapter to discharge
any untreated (or improperly treated) sewage, refuse or waste matter,
petroleum product or by-product, paint, varnish, dead animals, or
debris within Old Lyme waters.
B.
No person shall operate a marine toilet at any time
so as to cause or permit to pass or to be discharged within Old Lyme
waters any untreated sewage or other waste matter contaminant of any
kind. Furthermore, marine sanitation devices must be securely sealed.
