A. 
No person shall operate a motorboat towing a water-skier in the waters of Back River (formerly Duck River) or the waters of Sage Bog Creek in the Town of Old Lyme.
B. 
No person shall engage in waterskiing in the waters of Back River (formerly Duck River) or the waters of Sage Bog Creek in the Town of Old Lyme.
Any harbormaster, deputy harbormaster, conservation officer, special conservation officer or state police officer and any police officer of the Town of Old Lyme who may be certified by the Commissioner of Environmental Protection of the State of Connecticut for marine police duty shall summon to appear in court any person who violates the provisions of this article. No person shall be arrested or held in bail for violation thereof except upon order of a court or upon warrant issued by a prosecuting officer of this state.

Any person who violates any provision of this article shall be fined not more than $100.
This article shall take effect April 1, 1963, unless disapproved by the Boating Safety Commission of the State of Connecticut.
