As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
To control the course of, or otherwise use, a snowmobile.
Any self-propelled vehicle designed for travel on ice or snow, except
vehicles propelled by sail.
No person shall operate a snowmobile on public waters of the Town of
Old Lyme between sunset and 9:30 a.m., Eastern Standard Time.
