No vehicle having a gross vehicle weight of
7,500 pounds or more shall be parked or stored on any public street
in a residentially zoned area except as follows:
A.
When actively engaged in the conduct of business,
i.e., loading, unloading, installation or repair, and directly related
to property located in a residential zone.
B.
When such use is in conjunction with the need for
emergency repair response such as by a utility serviceman or mechanical
systems repairman or other incidental use approved in writing by the
First Selectman.

Each violation of this article shall be subject
to a fine of not more than $100 per occurrence.
