It was voted in the affirmative by ballot pursuant to Section 10-281
of General Statutes, Revision of 1958, that the town be authorized to furnish
transportation for children attending non-profit private schools therein.
(Defect in procedure was validated by Special Act 120 of 1967 and vote upheld
by Judgment of Superior Court for New Haven County on July 10, 1967.)
