Town of Orange, CT Article VIII Adoption, Effective Date and Repeal

§ 382-44 Adoption and amendment procedure.

These regulations and any subsequent amendments may be adopted by the Commission after due notice and public hearing as required by law and upon the vote of a majority of all of the members of the Commission. (Secs. 8-22 and 8-25, CGS)

§ 382-45 Effective date.

These Regulations and any subsequent amendments shall become effective upon adoption by the Commission or at such subsequent time as is fixed by the Commission.

§ 382-46 Repeal.

The "Subdivision Regulations - Town of Orange,"[1] and all amendments thereto, in effect prior to the effective date of these Regulations are repealed.
