The following ordinances adopted by the Somers Town Meeting or Board
of Selectmen are hereby repealed:

An ordinance adopted 12-16-1941 by the Special Town Meeting
regarding sewage disposal facilities.

An ordinance on national defense adopted 3-2-1942 by
the Special Town Meeting.
C.Â
An ordinance regarding the establishment of a zoning
system and a Zoning Commission adopted 10-16-1944 by the Annual Town Meeting.
D.Â
An ordinance regarding the terms of office of the members
of the Zoning Commission adopted 10-1-1945 by the Special Town Meeting.
E.Â
An ordinance governing construction of new roads adopted
3-21-1951 by the Special Town Meeting, as amended 2-9-1954 by the Special
Town Meeting and 7-2-1954 by the Special Town Meeting.

An ordinance establishing a Recreation Commission adopted
9-30-1963 by the Board of Selectmen, as amended 5-15-1972 by the Board of
Selectmen.
