Town of Wallingford, CT Article IV Recreation Commission

§ 8-9 Members; terms of office.

Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter XII of the Town Charter, as amended, establishing a Recreation Commission consisting of five members, appointed by the Mayor and serving without compensation, the term of office of said members is hereby established to be three years. However, the first Commission to be appointed under the terms of this article shall hold office as set forth below:

A. One to hold office from July 1, 1978, to July 1, 1979.

B. Two to hold office from July 1, 1978, to July 1, 1980.

C. Two to hold office from July 1, 1978, to July 1, 1981.
