[HISTORY: Adopted by The Mayor and Council of New Castle 6-13-1995
by Res. No. 95-8. Amendments noted where applicable.]
The Council hereby elects to participate in the County and Municipal
Police Pension Plan on or after July 1, 1995, if approved by the Board of
Pension Trustees of said Plan; which said election shall cover all certified
active officers.
The Council hereby elects to participate in the Non-Police (General)
Employee Pension Plan on or after July 1, 1995, if approved by the Board of
Pension Trustees of said Plan; which said election shall cover all existing
City Non-Police personnel.
The City Administrator is hereby directed to forward this Resolution
to the State of Delaware, Board of Pension Trustees and do other things necessary
to implement said election.
