This chapter is authorized by § C-4B of the Town Charter.
Sussex County is hereby granted permission to maintain, operate, repair
and replace sanitary sewage collection lines, force mains, lift stations,
pump station manholes and other appurtenances within the town limits which
are dedicated to public use in accordance with the requirements of 9 Del.
C. 67, § 6703, provided that all road paving damaged or removed
from roads maintained by the Town of South Bethany in the course of sewer
repair shall be replaced in accordance with the Delaware Division of Highways
standards for secondary road and paving damaged or removed from roads maintained
by the Delaware Division of Highways requirements.
