The Economic Development Commission which was created Article II of this chapter is hereby designated as the Development Agency for the Town of Colchester, pursuant to C.G.S. § 8-188, in that said Agency is invested with authority to exercise all of the powers referred to in said statute.
Said Commission's name shall be changed to the
Economic Development Commission of the Town of Colchester, and said
Commission shall continue to serve as the Municipal Economic Development
Commission of the Town of Colchester under the provisions of C.G.S.
§ 7-136. The number of members shall be increased from five
members to nine.
