A.
It is the sense of this meeting that:
(1)
The Selectmen, Town Treasurer and Town Social Committee
of the Town of Colchester, Connecticut, make and submit to the Annual Town
Meeting of said Town of Colchester to be in October 1925, a complete report
of all the doings of said officials in their official capacity for the fiscal
year ending prior to said Town Meeting; and
(2)
Said report shall include a list of all bills contracted
by said officials or any of them in their official capacities, including all
bills that are unpaid and outstanding against said town at the date of said
Town Meeting, or to the end of said first year of said town; and
(3)
Said lists of bills be included in the Annual Town Report
in so far as they have been contracted prior to the publication of said report;
and
(4)
A list of all bills contracted by said officials and
outstanding against said town or paid by said officials in the period and
during the period of time between the closing of town record books and the
Annual Town Meeting in October 1925, and said list of said bills so contracted
and bills so paid be submitted to and turned over to the successors in office
of said officials, if any; and
(5)
Said list be also received at said Annual Town Meeting
and entered in the minute book of the Town Clerk of said town.
B.
Also the auditors of said town shall make a complete
report of the available taxes due and of all taxes due to said town, after
making a complete audit and examination of the rate books in the hands of
the Tax Collector of said town, or in the possession of any other person or
persons, said auditor's report to be included in said Annual Town Report
of 1925.
C.
Such reports as above stated shall be submitted and made
by the officials mentioned at all subsequent Annual Town Meetings of said
town.
